Where is the second penguins mother in Super Mario 64?

Hello, I am playing nintendo 64 mario game (1996) and I am trying to find this second penguins mother. I already found the first one and got a star for that, but theres another one above the firt penguins mama, I bring the 2nd penguin to her, but she says it's not her baby, I would really like to know how to find the 2nd mama. (or daddy) Thanks. (Oh, and please don't tell me to climb back to the chimney and hop in it, because I've tried that and sadly...it doesn't work.) :(
