I NEED HELP PLEASE ! What do these symptoms mean ? am i pregnant or spotting ? what is it?

Ok so my fiance and i have had unprotected sex very very often. we are trying to concieve a child together. Now my period is about 2 weeks late, and on monday while we were having sex i started bleeding, i ran to take a shower because i thought it was my period.. BUT it wasnt. I put a panty liner on and had a very light brownish pink discharge left on it.. we had sex again today and again i bleed for about 3 minutes, like last time it was VERY light and a brownish pink red color. im not bleeding anymore.. but the whole week ive been feeling pain in the lower region of my stomach that resemble cramps. also have been feeling very naucious lately , and certain things (foods) have been causing my stomach to act up against me, ive also threw up when i was around thesmell of cigarette smoke which is a smell im usually able to tolerate since i have a lot of smokers in my family. PLEASE tell me what you think is wrong with me, i need real answers not any lectures. Thank you :)
