the eyes are fine; very attractive, in fact... the hairstyle needs to go. your face shape doesnt lend itself to the one you have in the picture. try pulling your hair off your face to show off your eyes. power the nose, it'll make it look smaller. lip liner and lipstick -- darker will complement your eyes and take the focus off the nose.
