I work at a steakhouse that uses a charcoal rotisserie indoors. They do have a chimney like structure above the charcoal rotisserie but it seems like it might be clogged as the restaurant is about 20 years old. Sometimes it gets so smokey inside that you can hardly breathe, and this is charcoal smoke we are talking about here. Is this safe? Should I quit for the sake of my health?
