How to make it to juniors?

Alright, so I haven't played one lick of hockey and I just turned 15 on January 23. Thing is though, I really want to play and I'll be getting skating lessons in March. Should I go to a local hockey team, and ask them about what to do? I want to start playing and I will dedicate ALL my time to playing. I know that I probably wouldn't make the juniors out of the draft or at 16, but is there any way I could make it to the juniors later? I really want to play, I don't care if I'm a 4th liner or anything, I don't care if I make it to the NHL, I just really wanna play.
