Do you have to disclose that a house had a fire when selling?

I just bought this house a few months back and finally got into the attic. They kept some of the charred beams connected in the framing along with installing new ones. It looks as if there was some sort of chimney fire. BIG, too! Nowhere in my disclosure was this mentioned and the people that we bought it from lived here for 30 years, so I'm sure they at least knew about it, even if it happened before them.
