Light bleeding for 11 days??!!?

I have no insurance or money to see a doctor and im kind of worried. I had a miscarriage back in nov. I havent had a period since and its now feb 15th! Although I had light bleeding, just seen when I wiped and it showed a little on a panty liner for 11 days. Light cramps along with that. I have taken pregnancy test but they are coming up negative. I am still having somewhat kind of cramps and some little pains in my breast. Has anyone else experience this? Any advice or stories are appreciated! (also TTC)
