7 weeks after LEEP procedure (dysplasia)?

I am done bleeding from the procedure and had my first period since the procedure has been done. Now I am having more than usual clear discharge...no smell really but just more than average discharge coming out. Enough to want to wear a panty liner.... what could be causing this? Its been going on for about a week now.
