What are some lip plumpers that work - and techniques to make lips look bigger/wider?

I love soap & Glory lipgloss, it tingles and works! And comes in different colours, and a good idea is to put white eyeliner or concealer on the corner of your lips. But smudged in well. :) Hope I helped
