Snow coming in chimney?

There should be a chimney cap. The cap has a roof-like cover over a gap that allows fumes to escape the chimney. Occasionally if these caps are not properly installed they will blow off of the chimney. Even if the cap is in place, it is possible to look up the chimney and see light.
