If i have a suv thats 11 years old with new air shocks in the back. will it make the suv steering bounce?

And i just got a new sway link kit that i put on in the front but still the wheel shakes? do i need new shocks for the front? beacuase of the new air shocks in the back? suv has 150,000 miles
