Questions about makeup use while having conjunctivitis?

i got conjunctivitis two nights ago and was put on meds the next day, after a whole day of being on the meds my eyes have totally started looking better. How long do i have to wait before i begin using my eye liner and/or mascara? i already bought new mascara and eye liner but i wasnt sure if i will be able to use it tomorrow.
