Is there a way I can get Herbal Essences Color-Amplifying Conditioner without buying a kit?

I would love to buy the conditioner that comes in a little tube in any Herbal Essences hair-dye kit or shine-boost kit, but it doesn't look like it's available outside of the kits. Is there anything that's VERY similar to it? (I've tried a lot of hydrating, smoothing, shine-boosting conditioners, but this is by FAR the best.)
