How much make-up should a 14-year old wear?

im 14 and going into 8th grade. Some girls at my school wears a LOT of make-up, but i don't want it to be noticeable. i want it to enhance my beauty not cover it up. i wear like a thin liner, but dont know if i should have more or less. Any advice? -Livvy?
