what you have to remember is a genuine builder carries liability insurance ...and nobody is allowed on roofs without it ...mine is for �10.000.000...whoever does the job will need a roof ladder ...one that hooks over the ridge ..the actual time to do it is not much more than 30 minutes ,,,the cover flashing has moved away ..there are soakers under the tiles to remove most water ..to hold the flashing in position either use lead plugs or go to a roofing centre and buy a bag of stainless steel clips ..they are very good ..should not cost more than �150
